Unitherm Heating Systems Ltd. is proud to join Purmo Group, further enhancing their Climate Solutions business across Ireland and the United Kingdom.
As of October 1, 2024, we’re proud to announce that Unitherm Heating Systems Ltd. has been acquired by Purmo Group, a global leader in climate comfort solutions. This milestone allows us to expand our commitment to sustainable and efficient climate solutions for residential and commercial applications.
Founded in 2004, we have built a strong presence in Ireland and the UK by providing high-quality heat pumps, underfloor heating, and ventilation systems, alongside comprehensive support. Joining Purmo Group aligns us with a company that shares our passion for sustainability and renewable technologies. Together, we will continue to serve our customers with the same dedication to technical competence and customer-focused service that has made us stand out in the industry. This acquisition allows us to offer even more value, especially in areas like training, innovation, and large-scale residential and commercial projects.
